A touch of Fun! Always a warm welcome! Tracy McGinty has been helping to make people smile for nearly 40 years. From an early age, starting in Buffalo, New York, Tracy has been developing her winning style of providing outstanding food service in a warm and friendly way. Always quick to say hello and make anyone feel at home.

Tracy moved to Colorado where she opened the Dublin House. She then became food and beverage manager at the Rocky Mountain Greyhound Park where her food & drink delights brought customer raves. Establishing Killday’s in Divide, Colorado, Tracy touched the community and visitors alike securing a fiercely loyal customer following. Expanding into catering, event organization, musical entertainment, and more, Tracy’s customers simply outgrew Killday’s space.

McGinty’s Wood Oven Pub, one of the regions most popular restaurants, offers residents & thousands of visitors each year a touch of Ireland right in Colorado. The award winning restaurant offers a variety of authentic selections that have critics raving. Tracy’s years of food & beverage experience have groups and events of all sizes relying on her expertise to help make their activity a smashing success.

Currently, one of our undertakings is the Event Center out at the Lost Dutchman Resort. We use the beautiful facility for events from Memorial Day through Labor Day. We cater to a wide array of events including concerts, beer tasting, wedding rehearsals, and weddings, family and military reunions.
