A touch of fun. Always a warm welcome. For nearly 40 years, Tracy McGinty made people smile through great food, genuine hospitality, and a spirit that made everyone feel at home.

From her early days in Buffalo, New York, to her beloved life in Colorado, Tracy built a legacy rooted in outstanding food service and heartfelt connection — always greeting guests with a hello, a laugh, and a seat at the table.

Tracy’s journey led her to open the Dublin House, manage food and beverage operations at the Rocky Mountain Greyhound Park, and later establish Killday’s in Divide, where her charm and talent created a fiercely loyal following. Her passion soon expanded into catering, events, and entertainment — and her customers grew right along with her.

McGinty’s Wood Oven Pub is the culmination of that legacy. One of the region’s most celebrated restaurants, it continues to offer residents and visitors a true touch of Ireland in the heart of Colorado. With authentic dishes, award-winning flavors, and a loyal community, McGinty’s stands as a testament to Tracy’s vision.

Today, her legacy lives on through a dedicated team committed to honoring the same warmth, hospitality, and unique charm that made McGinty’s what it is. While the faces in the kitchen and dining room may evolve, the heart of the pub remains unchanged — rooted in Tracy’s belief that great food and genuine connection bring people together.

Welcome to McGinty’s — where everyone leaves just a little bit Irish, and where Tracy’s spirit continues to guide every warm welcome, plate and pint we serve.
